James Riegel - Patent Attorney
James Riegel
Patent Attorney James Riegel joined the firm from Immersion Corp. where he worked as an in-house patent prosecutor and attorney. He has patent prosecution experience in a variety of fields, including software, electronics, and the mechanical arts.
Jim began his patent career in 1992 as a patent agent and practiced with the law firm of Hickman & King and Hickman, Beyer & Weaver.
He received his J.D. with honors from Santa Clara University in 1999, and his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University in 1991.
Jim is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to the patent bar.
