Kayvon Pourmirzaie
Attorney Kayvon Pourmirzaie specializes in patent prosecution, primarily in electronics, computers and medical devices. His technical experience includes biosensors, photovoltaic devices, semiconductors, digital circuits, flash memory devices, and mechanical arts. Kayvon also focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including IP litigation strategy and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) opinions.
Kayvon has worked in a variety of engineering positions at companies such as IBM and Symantec and has also started two tech related companies.
Kayvon received his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010 and his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego in 2006. Kayvon is a member of the State Bar of California.
